Terms & Conditions

To help us ensure that we provide the best possible experience Amelia J’s Pamper Days asks that you adhere to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

The Contract

This contract is made between Amelia J’s Pamper Days and the named client hosting the child's party.

 

Booking and Payment

 

Amelia J’s Pamper Days can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests (children) including the child for whom the party is for. Parties are suitable for children aged 4-8 years old only. We will not be able to accommodate children under 4 unless otherwise agreed. Parties over 12 children must be agreed directly with the team before booking your date.

 

A non-refundable £70 deposit must be paid to secure a booking. The date and time agreed is locked in place once the deposit is received. Any cancellation is non refundable and deposit kept by Amelia J’s Pamper Days as the cancellation fee.

Cancellations made in less than 7 days before the party will incur a 50% charge of the total party costs. Any cancellations must be made in writing.

If Amelia J’s Pamper Days has to Cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be refunded and a replacement slot offered.

 

Amelia J’s Pamper Days must receive confirmation of the number of party guests, as well as confirmation of any add-ons like party bags , no later than 14 days before the party.

If no confirmation has been received we will go on the initial numbers given at the time of the booking.

Refunds will not be given for any children who do not attend.

 

Final payment for the total amount must be paid at the start of the party otherwise the party will not commence.

 

Party Arrangements

Amelia J’s Pamper Days will only take bookings within a 6 mile radius of CR2 postcode. Any parties wishing to book outside of this radius must contact the team direct to confirm accommodation. In this case a distance cost may be added.

 

The Client is fully responsible for the supply of the venue for which the party is held. This can be at a residential property or a third party location. This must be confirmed at the time of booking and address provided.

 

Any Stairs both in and out of the venue, Obstructions (including roadworks) and Parking Restrictions must be conveyed to Amelia J’s Pamper Days at the time of booking in the notes, this is to ensure sufficient arrangements can be made prior to our arrival.

Amelia J’s Pamper Days will arrive 15 Minutes before the party is due to set up.

The Client & Host must ensure there is sufficient table space available for the party size unless otherwise agreed. This must include but is not limited to; a table for nails, a table/space for craft activities/tattoos and a table/space for hair and beauty treatments. Chairs must also be provided for at least 2 Amelia J’s Pamper Days staff and a suitable amount for the children/guests to sit whilst they receive treatments. Those awaiting treatment's do not necessarily need seating - this is up to the client.

 

Music and decorations are not included and are down to the client/host to arrange.

 

Important: flat pack tables can be hired from Amelia J’s Pamper Days to cover the 90 minute session if booked at least 7 days in advance of the party.

 

Children/Guests should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the party to ensure that salon/spa/craft services run to schedule.

Party slots are for 90 minutes only (unless agreed otherwise in advance).

We cannot extend party slots unless the delay is due to Amelia J’s Pamper Days.

If a party starts late due to the client/guests, Amelia J’s Pamper Days will endeavour to complete as many treatments as possible within the time remaining. For this reason guests should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the party start time. All services will follow in rotation between guests at the party as well as in group activities.

 

IMPORTANT: The Parent/Client/Host of the party must be present at all times, for the full period and are fully responsible for the safety of all children, for the entirety of the event. Amelia J’s Pamper Days is therefore not liable for any incidents should they occur.

 

IMPORTANT: Parents/guardians of the children attending the party must fill in a consent form no later than 7 days in advance of the party. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure these are received and submitted to Amelia J’s Pamper Days. If no form is received Amelia J’s Pamper Days reserves the right to refuse to apply products to the child.

 

All property brought to the party belongs to Amelia J’s Pamper Days if there are any damages client will be liable for any damages should they occur.

  • When is the final payment due?
    The final payment is due at the start of the party. Please ensure that the payment is made in full to avoid any disruptions to your event.
  • Is a deposit required to book a party?
    Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the party. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
    We occasionally offer discounts and promotions. Please check our website or contact us directly for the latest offers and deals.
